Nat’l Elections Commission Launches Civic Voter’s Education…

NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-The National Elections Commission (NEC), over the weekend, launched the Civic Voter’s Education for the upcoming Senatorial By-Election in Nimba County.

According to the ELBC Correspondent, NEC is calling on citizens to participate in the process and ensure that the election is successful, noting that it is the right and responsibility of every citizen.

The NEC added that the initiative aims to minimize the issue of invalid votes during the elections.

Our correspondent said the Commission intends to work with students, women’s groups, politicians, and local authorities to ensure the election is free, fair, and void of violence.

However, the Senatorial By- By-Election campaign has been officially opened today, March 31, 2025.
