MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai is expected to formally open the 73rd Annual Meeting of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) on Tuesday, March 18.
The WAEC Annual Council Meeting is held rotationally among the five member nations of WAEC, including Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
At the latest WAEC Council Meeting, which begins on March 17 and ends on the 18th, stakeholders in education will participate in the 30th Endowment Lecture Forum and the formal opening of the meeting.
The President of Cuttington University, Dr. Romeo Horten, will serve as a guest lecturer during the endowment on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
Stakeholders at the session will engage in closed-door sessions from March 19-21.
Meanwhile, WAEC has extended an invitation to education stakeholders and the public to participate in the meeting.
