MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai has congratulated the Government and people of Bulgaria on the occasion marking the 147th National Anniversary of the country on March 3.
In his message to his counterpart, Rumen Radev, President Boakai extended heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Government and people of Liberia.
President Boakai expressed sincere hope that the bonds of friendship between the two nations will continue to flourish and reach new heights that will lead to collaborative ventures between the two governments and peoples.
According to a Foreign Ministry release issued recently, the Liberian Leader also stated that Liberia and Bulgaria’s relationship has spanned over five decades and has grown stronger with each passing year.
He lauded Bulgaria for its constructive role in Liberia’s post-war reconstruction efforts and expressed anticipation for further improvement in the cordial relations through joint efforts in both bilateral and multilateral actions.
President Joseph Boakai then extended best wishes for President Radev’s continued good health and happiness, and for the people of Bulgaria, renewed progress and prosperity.
