Japan Int’l Cooperation Agency Alumni Asso.of Liberia Concludes 2024 General

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Japan International Cooperation Agency Alumni Association of Liberia (JAALIB) has successfully concluded its 2024 General Assembly.

The assembly was held under the theme: “Strengthening Collaboration, Enhancing Growth: Building a Sustainable Future Together”.

The two-day event brought together ex-participants of the JICA-KCCP and other educational programs from various Ministries, agencies, and commissions, including state security apparatus and the private sector.

According to a release, the gathering aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among professionals trained under JICA programs.

At the start of the event, JAALIB’s Vice Presidents for Administration and Operations, Albert Zorgbe and Nyama Harris, led a hands-on demonstration of a workplace organization strategy that promotes efficiency, safety, and productivity.

In his remarks at the event, Assistant Education Minister for Technical Vocational Education and Training Nathaniel Cisco emphasized the importance of integrating the strategy into government institutions.

Meanwhile, the Japan International Cooperation Agency Alumni Association of Liberia has reaffirmed its commitment to promoting Japanese best practices in governance, education, health, and infrastructure.
