Grand Gedeh County Superintendent Orders Closure of Illegal Entry Points in the County

GRAND GEDEH COUNTY, LIBERIA-Grand Gedeh County Superintendent Alex Grant has ordered the closure of illegal entry points in the county.

According to our correspondent, Superintendent Grant stated that he intends to aid in the control of criminal activities, the movement of illegal immigrants, and drug entry into the county.

Superintendent Grant’s action comes in the wake of several reports from citizens concerning illegal activities in the county, noting that the county has many porous entry points.

Our Correspondent quotes Superintendent Grant as saying his mandate is a long-term initiative, as it will enable the government to fight crimes and protect citizens.

Superintendent Grant said,” I will work in collaboration with the National Security Apparatuses to ensure the borders are secured and protected.”
