Justice Ministry Seizes over 100 Cartons of Soiled Frozen Meat…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Justice Ministry has confiscated over a hundred cartons of contaminated frozen meat in red-light, Paynesville.

The goods were confiscated from the Banjak Frozen Food Branch- Eight at the Red-Light Market on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.

According to our Correspondent, ninety-five percent of the frozen food was rotten and expired.

Our Correspondent disclosed that the frozen food was confiscated based on a tip-off from residents of the area.

The Ministry is, meanwhile, warning importers of frozen food to desist from selling expired goods to the public.
