Gov. of Liberia Officially Launches 2025 Production Season ion Garplay, Nimba County

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberian Government has officially launched the 2025 Production Season targeting six thousand five hundred hectares of lowland.

 Launched in Garplay, Nimba County, over the weekend, the 2025 Production Season aims to boost food security and increase income generation.

According to Agriculture Minister Dr. Alexander Nuetah, the government will provide all necessary support to ensure full implementation of the initiative.

Dr. Nuetah is, however, urging farmers across the country to take ownership of the initiative to help the government reduce hunger in Liberia.

Agriculture Minister Dr. Alexander Nuetah was speaking over the weekend following the launch of the 2025 Production Season in Nimba County.
