The Gender Minister emphasized that Liberia’s participation in the Bogota Conference marks a pivotal moment in its ongoing efforts to combat violence against children.

Minister Horace-Kollie said:” Liberia stands in readiness to collaborate and align its collective resources in the global fight to end violence against children.”

According to a Gender Ministry release issued recently, Minister Gbeme Horace-Kollie reaffirmed Liberia’s dedication to implementing the commitments outlined in the “Call to Action”.

Meanwhile, the Gender Ministry is expected to shortly begin consultations with local and international stakeholders to ensure global commitments made in Bogota are effectively translated into impactful actions.
