Liberia Board for Nursing and Midwifery Commissions Nat’l Post Basic Community Health Curriculum…

GRAND BASSA COUNTY, LIBERIA-The Liberia Board for Nursing and Midwifery, over the weekend, commissioned the National Post Basic Community Health Curriculum in Grand Bassa County.

The curriculum is geared towards improving Liberia’s community health-related cases and services adequately.

Our correspondent quotes the Board Chair, Dr, Humphery Loweal, as saying that the curriculum is also to be used to carry out training for would-be health practitioners, aiding aspiring health workers determine what exactly they want to study.

Meanwhile, twenty-five accredited schools have already signed to use the curriculum in their various institutions.
