Fassavolu Town Scares over Drinking water Shortage

LOFA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Citizens of Fassavolu Town in Kolahun District, Lofa County, have alarmed over the shortage of safe drinking water in the area.

They said the constant consumption of creek water is causing serious health hazard for them.

The people are, however, appealing to the Government of Liberia and relevant stakeholders to intervene in the situation.

At the same time, the residents are appealing to the Government for support to complete the only clinic project in the town.

They noted that they began the construction of the ten-bedroom clinic, but could not complete the project due to lack of funds.
