Totota Marketers Refuse to Pay Annual Table Registration Fees…

BONG COUNTY, LIBERIA-Marketers in Totota, Bong County, are refusing to pay annual table registration and demanding the reconstruction of market places in the county.

According to our Correspondent, the just ended Rainy Season has been challenging for them, when they sat under the rain and in puddles of water in order to sell their goods just to make ends meet.

He added the marketers stated that they have been paying lots of fees to the Liberia Marketing Association over the years, with no redress.

Our Correspondent said that the marketers added that they lack proper latrines, among other things.

Meanwhile, the Bong County Chapter of the Liberia Marketing Association is yet to respond to these allegations from the aggrieved marketers of the county.
