MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Ministry of Finance has setup a deadline for payment of employees of the Government of Liberia across the country.
Finance Minister Agustine Ngafuan said:” The Government will begin payment of its employees on or before the 24th of each month. The move is to reduce the financial challenges affecting employees.”
Minister Ngafuan disclosed that the exercise will commence this November across all spending entities of the government.
The Finance and Development Planning Minister made the statement at the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism regular Press Briefing on Tuesday, November 19,2024, in Monrovia.
