MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Armed Forces of Liberia, in partnership with the US Government, has unveiled a new Tuberculosis Clinic at the 14^th Military Hospital in Duazon, Margibi County.

The new clinic is expected to advance Liberia’s fight against tuberculosis in the military and civilian population.

According to a release issued recently, the clinic reaffirms the US Government’s longstanding commitment to support Liberia’s public health infrastructure.

The clinic highlights the broader collaboration between the United States and Liberia in preventive medicine to ensure that Liberia is equipped to handle public health emergencies.

The release added that the Tuberculosis Clinic will also be used to assist Liberians throughout the country as a central treatment center.
