Civil Service Agency of Liberia to Conduct Internal Audit of Its Employees’ Credentials

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Civil Service Agency (CSA) of Liberia has disclosed plans to shortly conduct an internal audit of the credentials of all its employees.

According to the CSA, the exercise is in preparation for the National Credential Review and Verification of employees from the one hundred-four spending entities of the Liberian Government.

The CSA said:” The purpose of the exercise is to review the manpower strength of the Agency, and to ensure that all documents submitted by employees are legitimate.”

A release quotes the Deputy CSA Director General for Human Resource Management and Policy, Darlington Smith, as urging employees wishing to update their files with newly acquired credentials to do so before Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Mr. Smith noted that employees may be called upon during the exercise to provide further clarification should there be circumstances surrounding their credentials.
