Nat’l Education Stakeholders’ Retreat Proposes Recommendations…

GANTA, NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA- The National Education Stakeholders Retreat (NESR) 2024 has advanced several recommendations aimed at improving education in Liberia.

Key among the recommendations are improvement of teachers’ welfare, promotion of competition, and improvement of infrastructure. Other recommendations include deepened innovation, creativity, and support for STEAM education.

They also want a well well-structured system that is uniform and coordinated.

The three-day event was organized by the joint Legislative Committee on Education and Public Administration.

It was held under the theme Transformative Approach in Building Liberia’s Education Sector.
