MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The House of Representatives has officially submitted its payroll to the Civil Service Agency (CSA) for verification.

It followed communication from the CSA to carry out physical verification or headcount at the House of Representatives, recently.

Speaking on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the Capitol, the Chairman of the House Committee on Rules, Order and Administration, Marvin Cole, disclosed that the July 2024 payroll contains seven hundred forty-nine employees.

Representative Cole said:” The decision of the House of Representatives demonstrates its willingness to promote good governance through transparency and accountability.”

Representative Marvin Cole said the House of Representatives welcomes the idea of verification and urged the Civil Service Agency to do the same at all ministries and agencies of Government.
