West African Examinations Council Rubbishes Exam Reports…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has rubbished recent social media reports about the transformation of exam materials among candidates in the ongoing exams.

According to the reports, candidates are reportedly sharing questions and answers on various Social Media platforms, mainly through WhatsApp.

But, WAEC-Liberia Head, Dale Gbotoe, has described such reports as baseless and erroneous and solely intended to besmear the good reputation of the Council by unscrupulous agents and their masters.

Mr. Gbotoe, however, clarified that the purported materials circulating on Social Media are gross misrepresentations of the Council’s ongoing exams.

The WAEC Boss also cautioned candidates and school administrators against falling prey to such fictitious exam materials and warned individuals spreading the contents of the fake exam to desist.

Mr.Gbotoe clarified on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, on the ELBC’s Bumper Show.
