Gen. Services Agency Impounds Vehicles in Monrovia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The General Services Agency (GSA) has impounded at least sixteen vehicles of the Liberian Government in Monrovia.

GSA Director for Operations Robert Wilson said:” The exercise conforms with the Liberian Government’s quest to retrieve all properties belonging to the State.”

Speaking on Monday, March 25, 2024, at the start of the exercise, Mr. Wilson vowed to lead a robust team in executing the mandate.

Mr. Wilson is, meanwhile, calling on those in possession of the properties of the Government of Liberia to return them with immediate effect or risk the consequences of the law.

Mr. Robert Wilson has since clarified that the exercise is not a witch hunt but a move intended to foster transparency and accountability in the Public Sector.
