Pres. Boakai Makes Additional Nominations…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Executive Mansion has announced additional Presidential nominees, affecting the Ministries of Justice, Posts and Telecommunications, the Liberia Airport Authority, and the Forestry Development Authority.

 According to an Executive Mansion release issued recently, those nominated by President Joseph Boakai include Gertrude Wade Korvayan Nyaley, Deputy FDA Managing Director for Commercial and Technical Services, Jero Mends-Cole, Managing Director, Liberia Airport Authority, and Cllr. Augustine Fayiah, Solicitor General, Ministry of Justice.

Others are Cllr. Charles Karmo, Deputy Justice Minister for Economic Affairs, Cllr. Massa Jallabah, Cora-Hare-Konuwa, Atty. Edrick Noah, Deputy Justice Minister for Administration and Public Safety, Deputy Justice Minister for Codification, and Assistant Justice Minister for Administration and Public Safety.

The Liberian Leader also nominated Cllr. Joel Elkanah Theoway, Assistant Justice Minister for Economic Affairs, and Lafayette Gould, Assistant Justice Minister for Litigation.

The release also quotes President Joseph Boakai as urging the nominees to continue demonstrating diligence, commitment, integrity, professionalism, and loyalty in service to the Country. However, the nominations are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate.
