7TH Judicial Circuit Court in Grand Gedeh County Finds 50 Year-Old Man Guilty of Rape

GRAND GEDEH COUNTY, LIBERIA-The Seventh Judicial Court in Grand Gedeh County has handed down a guilty verdict against a fifty-year-old man for raping a nine-year-old girl.

James Chea abused the minor in July last year when she went to watch movies at his residence.

According to ELBC Correspondent, the victim narrated her ordeal to her mother, saying James had earlier threatened to kill her if she told anyone about what transpired between them.

Convict James Chea is a worker of a Gold Mining Company in Golo Konoboe District-Two in Grand Gedeh County and is expected to receive a court sentence soon.
