Deputy Gender Minister Calls for Collective Efforts…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Deputy Gender Minister for Administration is calling for collective efforts in fostering gender equity in Liberia.

Minister Laura Golakeh wants stakeholders and development partners to join the Ministry to curb challenges affecting women and girls in the Country.

The Deputy Gender Minister made the call on Thursday, March 7, 2024, when she appeared on ELBC’s Super Morning Show.

Minister Golakeh also praised Liberian women for their crucial role in fostering peace and democracy, assuring the public of the Ministry’s preparedness for the commemoration of International Women’s Day.
