MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A Europe-based Delegation of TB Reach Secretariat is in Liberia to review the Carter Center Mental Health and TB Care Program.

Carter Center Mental Health and TB Center Project Coordinator Julius Ngangawulor said:” The Team will access the implementation of the program in the coming days, and provide technical support towards its expansion, following the revision of the program.”

He added that the program has provided psychological support to TB patients, and trained more than two hundred professional staffers and about two community health workers.

Mr. Julius Ngangawulor spoke on Monday, February 12, 2024, at the Head Office of the Carter Center in Congo Town, following a meeting with the Delegation.
