US Rep. to the UN Thomas-Greenfield Pledges US Gov.’s Support…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-United States Representative to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, has pledged the US Government’s support to the Boakai-led Government.

Madam Thomas-Greenfield said:” Such support will focus on the development of the country, particularly in the private sector.”

She spoke on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, following a closed-door meeting with President Joseph Boakai at his Rehab residence in Paynesville City.

Earlier, President Boakai pledged the Unity Party Government’s commitment to cementing the relationship between Liberia and the United States of America.

The Liberian Leader noted that the US-Liberia relations over the years have accrued mutual political dividends for both countries.

The closed-door meeting with the US Delegation was also attended by the Vice President of Liberia, Jeremiah Koung.
