MONROVIA, LIBERIA-LBS Deputy Director General for Public Affairs has been alarmed over threats on his life by some unknown individuals using telephone calls on private numbers.

According to Director Jallah Grayfield, he has received threats that if he does not stop what they termed as continued attacks against Unity Party’s (UP) Political Leader, Ambassador Joseph Boakai, he and his family will lose their lives.

In a formal letter of complaint addressed to Police Inspector General, Col. Patrick Sudue, the Deputy Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) Boss recounted that on Wednesday morning, October 4, 2023, a female caller threatened to send men to burn down his house.
