Liberia Electricity Corporation Resolves Technical Problem

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) says it has resolved recent technical problems experienced within its system.

The disruption within the system of key vendor, LIBANGO, saw customers faced with difficulties in accessing electricity tokens.

But in a statement on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, the LEC Management said the issue faced by LIBANGO has been cleared and operations have been restored.

According to the statement, LEC tokens can now be purchased across seventy-four locations in various communities and through mobile money.
