MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Standard Bearer of the main opposition Unity Party (UP), Joseph Boakai, has announced what he called ‘AREST’ as the Party’s political manifesto for the 2023 elections.

Ambassador Boakai pledged to prioritize Agriculture, Road, Education, Sanitation, and Tourism, if elected President of Liberia.

The UP Standard Bearer said:” The Party’s political quest is meant to reshape the Country’s economy, and create job opportunities for ordinary Liberians in the first hundred days.”

Ambassador Boakai said:” The prospective UP-led Government’s strategy is not intended to pave all roads across the country, but to maintain critical spots of roads to make them pliable.”

The former Vice President, however, did not state clearly how funds for the project will be sourced within the hundred days.
