Liberia Renews Commitment to Cement Relations with Columbia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia has renewed its determination to further cement relations with Columbia, in commemoration of its National Day.

Columbia is observing its 213th Independence Anniversary Friday, July 20, 2023.

According to a release issued recently, Liberia’s reaffirmation of relations with Columbia was contained in a congratulatory message by President George Weah to Columbian President, Gustavo Petro.

In his message, President Weah expressed optimism that the two countries and peoples will continue enjoying the blessings of peace, unity, and prosperity.

The Liberian Leader assured President Petro of cementing the relations between Liberia and Columbia in the interest of global peace and solidarity.
