Land Owner Clarifies Media Reports Linking Chief Justice…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A land owner in Sundaygar Town, in Marshall, has clarified media reports linking Chief Justice Sie-A-Nyeneh Youh to the demolition of the New Life Recovery Rehabilitation Center operated by the United Methodist Church.

Making the clarification on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, Mr. Clarence Momolu said:” At no time did he interact or link the Chief Justice to the land dispute as reported by FrontPage Africa.”

FrontPage Africa June 27 publication indicated that Chief Justice Youh was involved in a land dispute involving Mr. Momolu, Alfred Janjay, and others in Marshall.

He told court reporters that the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Margibi County had earlier ruled in his favor in December 2022.

Mr. Clarence Momolu said:” The Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) has issued me (Mr. Momolu) the Writ of Possession on June 9, 2023, allowing me to possess said property, following the court‘s judgment.”
