“At no time did Gov. owe employees for such period”-Mr. Redd

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Head of the Microeconomic Policy at the Ministry of Finance has termed false and untrue reports that some employees of the Government have not received salaries for over two months.

Mr. Del Francis Redd told ELBC on Friday, May 12, 2023, at no time did the Government owe employees for such a period.

Mr. Redd said:” Despite challenges experienced in the recent past, the Government has always remained committed to paying its workers in a timely manner”.

According to him, the Liberian Government is a respecter of the labor laws of Liberia, and will not endeavor to hold back the salaries of its workers.
