Nigerian Custom Service Begins Week-Long Study at Liberia Revenue Authority…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A Nigerian Custom Service and Command Staff College Delegation has begun a week-long study at the Customs Department of the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA).

The study visit is being done under the theme: “Harnessing Capacity Building for Improved Modern Customs Operations”.

Welcoming the Nigerian Delegation on Monday, May 1, 2023, LRA Deputy Commissioner for Administration, Samuel Bennett, acknowledged Nigeria’s contributions to the formative stage of the LRA.

Commissioner Bennett thanked the Nigerian Customs Service Delegation for choosing the LRA for the study visit and urged for more collaborative efforts between both countries.

Speaking on behalf of her colleagues, the Team Leader and Comptroller of Customs of the Nigerian Customs Service, OA Adebakin, promised a successful exchange of knowledge during their stay.
