NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Reports say rehabilitation works on the Saclepea-Tappita Road are said to be progressing.

The main Contractor, China Railway Seventh Group, has been hired by the Liberian Government to do pavement of the corridor along the Saclepea-Tappita Road.

According to our Correspondent, the ongoing rehabilitation work is the first phase of the road project, especially during the rainy season.

Our Correspondent is quoted as saying the first phase rehabilitation has brought great relief to commuters, and vehicle owners who have been finding it difficult to transport goods from one area to another, prior to the rehabilitation of the corridor.

Currently, the road is easily pliable, as rehabilitation works further progress to commence the pavement in line with agreement.
