LOFA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Lofa County are investigating a forty-five-year-old man for allegedly poisoning his friend, which led to his death.

Forkpah Flomo is said to have put poison in palm wine belonging to his friend, Kolubah Sainwalah, while the two were merrymaking.

According to ELBC Lofa County Corresponding, the suspect has since denied the allegation.

But hours before his death, the victim told family members that he was experiencing severe pain in his stomach, after drinking palm wine with suspect Flomo.

Meanwhile, a medical report has revealed that the man died of poisoning.
