MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Head of Media and Publicity of the opposition Unity Party (UP) has assured that former Vice President, Joseph Boakai, will soon name his running mate.

Madam Kula Fofana, however, did not give any date that the former Vice President will be naming his running mate.

Madam Fofana disclosed that Mr. Boakai will select someone who shares his political ideology and vision for the Country.

She told ELBC Super Morning Show on Monday, April 3, 2023, that Mr. Boakai has not made commitment to anyone to be named as a running mate.

Madam Fofana explained that Mr. Boakai is holding series of consultations with other political stakeholders to select a running mate, who will ensure his win in the October 10 Presidential and Legislative Elections.
