Gov.Instals Solar Lights in the Streets of Barclayville

GRAND KRU COUNTY, LIBERIA-More than three-hundred solar lights have been installed in the streets of Barclayville, in Grand Kru County.

The solar lights were donated by President George Weah as part of efforts in providing electricity to the area.

Our Correspondent said the move by President Weah is also aimed at decentralizing the Country’s resources through developmental initiatives.

Our Correspondent said the installation of solar lights by officials of the County is ahead of Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor’s visit to the County.

Meanwhile, citizens of Grand Kru County are lauding the Liberian Government for the initiative, while at the same time, vowing to take ownership of the solar lights.
