BONG COUNTY, LIBERIA-One person has been killed and several others injured, following collision between two trucks along the Salala Highway in Bong County.

According to ELBC Correspondent in the County, a truck carrying a forty-foot container of medical supplies gutted fire, after it collided with another truck.

The injured persons are currently undergoing treatment at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Monrovia.

The medical supplies were intended for distribution to the Phebe Hospital and other medical facilities in the Country.

Meanwhile, police are investigating the cause of the accident.
