MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The House of Representatives will this Tuesday, January 31, begin Budget Hearing with key Government Ministries and agencies taking the stand.

According to ELBC Legislative Reporter, the exercise will consider revenue and expenditure components by various line ministries, agencies and commissions of Government.

The week-long exercise will be led by the House Committees on Ways, Means and Finance.

Meanwhile, the House of Representatives has warned that any ministry or agency of Government failing to attend the budget hearing will have a budgetary cut not exceeding ten-percent.
