LOFA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Lofa County are investigating a man believed to be in his twenties for nearly biting off the private part of his friend.

The police said suspect Moiwuleh Kanneh committed the act during a fist fight with the victim identified as George Saah.

The incident occurred in Massabolahum on New Year’s Eve while the two were returning from a party.

Scuffle reportedly ensued between the pair following disagreement on the sharing of money they generated from alcohol sale.

Suspect Kanneh remains in police custody awaiting court trial, while the victim, George Saah, is currently undergoing treatment at a local health center.
