MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Authorities of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning have reassured civil servants that their salary payment will be completed by December 15.

The move is in adherence to a mandate given the Ministry by President George Weah.

The Ministry of Finance gave the assurances on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, during a visit of the Acting Chair of the Cabinet, Cllr. Musa Dean.

Finance Minister Samuel Tweah told a recent hearing at the National Legislature that he was mandated by President Weah to ensure that all civil servants are paid ten days ahead of Christmas.
