MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Senate Pro tem Albert Chie has reaffirmed Government’s commitment to paving major roads connecting Grand Kru to Monrovia.

Senator Chie said:” The Government is currently working on two fronts, and very soon those efforts will come to fruition. It will cost the Government a total of eight-hundred-million US Dollars to complete the two projects in the next few years.

He was speaking over the weekend in Monrovia, when he accepted a petition from the Trembo Community to contest for re-election next year.

Senator Chie told the well-attended gathering that the current administration, under President George Weah, is very serious about those projects and will do everything to ensure that Grand Kru is connected by paved roads.
