TODEE DISTRICT, MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-A 25-year-old man has narrowly escaped death after being kidnapped by some unknown men in Todee District, Montserrado County.

The incident occurred in Love Point Town, Dei Clan-Todee Statutory District.

Explaining from his hospital bed at the Barcolleh Health Center in Kakata, Margibi County, Archie Perry said he was picked up late on Wednesday evening, September 7, 2022, by three unidentified men, while checking his charcoal bale.

He told ELBC Correspondent that he became unconscious after the men forcibly stuffed him with bread and began hitting him with an object.

Archie Perry narrated that he is going through some pains in his neck and stomach.

At the same time, the Commissioner of the Township, Nathaniel Sackie, has called on police to increase their presence in Todee District, to avoid recurrence of such.
