Country Devil leads search for missing 52 year-old woman in Todee District

TODEE DISTRICT, MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-Traditional Devil in Goba Town, Todee District in Montserrado County, is said to be leading a search for a missing fifty-two-year-old woman in the area.

Madam Kemah Bono went missing on Monday, August 29, 2022, when she went to harvest potato greens on her farm.

ELBC Correspondent in the area said the disappearance has sparked waves of protests across Todee District, with citizens demanding her living body.

More than one-hundred men are assisting the Traditional Devil in the search of the missing woman.

Citizens have since threatened to continue their protests, until madam Bono is found.

According to our Correspondent, the protestors have set up road blocks preventing vehicles from traveling to the District.

Meanwhile, there is limited police presence in the area to take control of the situation.
