Donated Motorbike Lands in Police Hand after being Commercialized in Kakata

Monrovia, June 20, 2022 – Police in Kakata, Margibi County have arrested two persons in possession of a motor bike given to traditional leaders by the president in March this year.

The motorbike reportedly belongs to one of the General Town Chiefs of Rural Montserrado County, Rosetta Harris, who has since commercialized the bike, with one Abraham Kromah in Kakata.

Our Correspondent said, Police confiscated the bike late Saturday night from two persons believed to be criminals on the Bong mines road.

The Police told our Correspondent, the two suspects, Michael Ballah, and Sekou Kromah were both caught with sharp objects after stealing the bike from the operator.

They are currently in Police custody, while Madam Harris has been contacted for investigations.
