Pres. Weah attends 2022 Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George has joined other world leaders in Turkey, ahead of the 2022 Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

President Weah arrived in Turkey on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, as Head of a strong Liberian Government Delegation.

The Antalya Diplomacy Forum, which begins on Friday, March 11, and closes on Sunday, March 13, is a high-level gathering of professionals who deal with diplomacy, such as political leaders, diplomats, opinion makers or academics.

The Forum brings together more than two-thousand guests comprising Heads of State of Governments, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, and high-level representatives of International Organizations.

President Weah is being accompanied by Ministers Dee-Maxwell Kemayah, Mawine Diggs, Ledgerhood Rennie, Hon. Trokon Kpui, and Maritime Commissioner Len Eugene Nagbe.

The Executive Mansion said while the President is away, the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, Nathaniel McGill, will act as Chair of the Cabinet, in close consultation with the Vice President of Liberia, Jewel Howard-Taylor.
