MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor has called for full empowerment of African women.

Vice President Taylor wants African leaders and the rest of the world make such move a priority, in order to achieve what she called an integrated development of Africa.

Quoting report from the UNDP, the Vice President said such empowerment is primarily the self-awareness of potential capabilities.

Madam Taylor was speaking Thursday, October 15, 2021, at the Third Eorosian Women’s Forum in St. Petersburg, Russia.

She told the gathering that though women have many impediments in their way, their great achievements have always been their resole to put things right.
