Gov’t to dedicate completed Du-Bridge in Harbel

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Acting Public Works Minister Ruth Cooker-Collins says the Du-Bridge in Firestone has been completed awaiting dedication.

Minister Cooker-Collins the dedication of the bridge was delayed, due to the surge in COVID-19.

She said:” The Bailey bridge has a design load of 100 ton with a lifespan of eighty years, and a new feature of two lanes and side walk for pedestrians.”

Meanwhile, Minister Cooker-Collins has assured that all road projects initiated by the Liberian Government across the Country will be completed.

The Acting Public Works Minister named some of the projects as the Roberts International Airport (RIA) Highway, Sanniquellie-Yekepa Highway, Gbarnga-Salayea Highway, among others.
