Hundreds of students to benefit from Labor Ministry’s Special Employment Scheme

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-About five-hundred recent college and university graduates are expected to benefit from the Ministry of Labor’s Special Employment Scheme.

The Ministry, in collaboration with the Liberia Chamber of Commerce (LCC), has begun the issuance of registration forms under the Special Employment Scheme to those seeking enrolment in the program.

The Director of the National Bureau of Employment at the Ministry of Labor, Otis Wreyou, said:” The forms were developed with technical assistance from the Association of Liberia Human Resource Professionals and the Chamber of Commerce.”

Mr. Wreyou said the LCC is working along with institutions to accept those qualified under the scheme.
