MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The father of Jovanus Turay, the sixteen-year-old shooter at the Cyber-Ed Christian School, has expressed regrets over the death of little Precious Ireland.

Speaking in a Social Media Podcast, Sylvanus Turay, who currently resides in the United States, said:” I am shocked by the news of my son taking a weapon to school.”

The veteran Liberian Movie Actor, said the victim, was a child to him and her death has left a deep void not only to the Ireland family but his entire family as well.

Mr. Turay is at the same time extending an olive branch to the parents of the girl, the school and all Liberians to forgive him for the pains caused them by the action of his son.

He also quotes his son, Jovanus Turay as saying he regrets his action.
