MARYLAND COUNTY, LIBERIA-The Liberia National Police (LNP) says it has arrested three persons in connection with the killing of motorcyclist Mordecial Nyemah, in Maryland County.

A police statement said the three persons are the ones named in the video confession made by suspect Moses Mlabah.

Those arrested are Francis Clarke (picked up in Maryland County), Daniel Wesseh, (arrested in River Gee County) and a man only identified as Open Zipper, (arrested in Sinoe County on Tuesday morning, April 6, 2021).

The video confession stated that Open Zipper helped to extract the body parts of the victim.

Meanwhile, the police said it has rearrested seven persons out of the ninety-one that were freed by rioters from Harper Central Prison, during the period of unrest.
