MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Executive Mansion says the first Cabinet Meeting for this year is expected to take place Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

The meeting is expected to be held at the Cecil Dennis Auditorium at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Monrovia.

The Cabinet meeting, according to the Executive Mansion, will bring together Heads of Government Ministers and Agencies chaired by President George Weah.

Deputy Presidential Press Secretary Smith Toby told reporters Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at the weekly press briefing that high on the agenda will be deriving ways to boost the Agriculture Sector.

Mr. Toby said:” President Weah is also expected to use Wednesday’s Cabinet Meeting to scrutinize the performance reports of Ministries and Agencies.”

According to him, the Liberian Liberia Leader has, for the last few days, been receiving performance updates from Heads of Governments Ministries and Agencies, ahead of the meeting.
