The Workers Union of the Liberia Broadcasting System go to the polls Friday, to elect new leadership

PAYNESVILLE, LIBERIA – All is now set for the holding of the Liberia Broadcasting System Workers’ Union election on Friday, December 18, 2020 on LBS compound.

According to the Ad-hoc Election Committee, it has received four hundred ballot papers clearing the way for the election on Friday.

The release from the Election committee says about two-hundred employees registered and are expected to vote in the Friday December 18 polls.

The release quotes the Ad-hoc Election committee as saying, three institutions have been written including, the Liberia Labor Congress, the Press Union of Liberia, and the Reporters Association of Liberia to observe the polls.

The release quotes the Ad-hoc election Committee as encouraging all eligible voters to turn out Friday December 18, to vote the candidates of their choice.
